This is ~Stalker-of-Neji 's request of their Death Note OC, Hisaye!
It was good to have the motovation to draw a human! And, also, I didn't have to think up a design or anything, so thanks Neji-Stalker ^_^
So, yeah.. I think it turned out alright... Not sure if the skins very good though ): No skin coloured pencil!
There is one, a Derwent Studio Flesh Pink pencil in my art class which I could steal.. x33 but I won't.. or I could buy it LOL!
Here's the description I was given-
Alias: Hisaye
Age: 16
Hair: Black
-It goes down to an inch past her shoulder blades and her bangs fall to her chin
Eyes: Crimson (completely, no pupil is visible)
-Has dark ring under each eye indicating insomnia
Height: 5' 9"
Weight: 100 ib
Attire: Consists of a long-sleeved shirt that can be any color (except a bright color) and baggy blue jeans, no shoes
Skin: Pale but not deathly white pale

I used markers in her hair and was like, crap, that's far to black D: so I had to franctically darken her hair and the shine looks really white, but It looks better in real ):
